Jesus! i meant that was a DVD-RW disk not a drive!

I had to update and rewrite it, but i forgat to back it up first, cause i had 4 ppl on my head asking me stupid questions. there is 2 options in nero:full or quick erase,i used quick. need some professional help here...

and how do u do that?

Ive just quick-deleted DVD-RW in Nero 7 .is there way to restore data? im f.... if there isnt !
