well.. go into the BIOS and check the panels brightness level. On my E1505 the default for battery brightness was set to like 5.. And when plugged in was set to 8 (max) so check yours it may be the same. I jacked mine up to 8 on both.....

A higher high resolution display? Eeek.. christ that would kill most peoples eyes at anything higher then 1280*800 onn a 12' display. Also I am curious.. are the video cards going to be 64MB? or Higher?

hrmm the way the system sits sorta bugs me.. Im sure it prob cools it down better.. but I tend to rest my wrist on the laptop when typing. Think the weight will put extra stress on the top? (is that a bad thing)
