i try to lift the 4080 on the corner so i don't put pressure on the cd drive and it ends up messing up the ethernet jack.

that doesn't seem to work.

i lifted up the 4080 to see if the fans needed cleaning and now xp says a network cable is unplugged. the network tray icon has a red x. are the ethernet ports known to break? what can i do about this?

nevermind it was a loose cpu.

when i press the power button, the first green power led lights up. i can feel and hear the hd on. the fans by the cpu heatsink aren't spinng. the screen doesn't turn on. i have to hold the power button down for some seconds to turn...

did a quick test without tweaking or restarting. 8890 3.2GHz 1GB RAM 9600, omega cat 4.5 3DMark05 score: 1151
