i'm getting the same problem for enemy territory. it looks like the screenshots at http://members.aol.com/moolmogo/flashdamage.zip which is from http://www.splashdamage.com/index.ph...ewtopic&t=6801

i could run games at full screen in 800x600, 1024x768, and other common resolutions.

games crash for me at 1400x1050 on the 8890. haven't tried on the 4080. and not during the game, but while opening the game. example: warcraft 3 and wolfenstein: enemy territory. if i want to play wolfenstein at 1400x1050 i have to play...

doesn't pctorque have a price drop protection thing?

im not sure if it's just the one i use. i did the window updates and driver updates from sager. i didn't reformat after i received the notebook. maybe a fresh install would help. glossy screen. it's not that bad. i forget about it...
