Anytime I try to play world of warcraft my mouse locks up after about 1 minute of playing. The pointer stays on screen but I cannot move it around. I have hardware mouse set to on in the options. Even if I exit WoW the problem still...

So I just got my new laptop today and I fire it up and start checking out the specs. First thing I do is lookup my HD to see if its a 5400 since I ordered the 80 gig. I take down the serial and goolge it and this is what I get...

I placed my order on the 24th and I went directly to boxing within 2 days. I have now sat in boxing for 4 days with no movement. Should I call dell about it or is this normal? Thanks for any info!
