Thanks for the headsup rallycobra, I ordered one also, $279 total. I just installed the 7800 I purchased on "sale", $414 total, last week. I'll take advantage of Dell's 21 day return policy, no need to spend the extra money....
OK, I ordered the card via phone after getting bounced off line. I used a coupon, thanks Doug, but they would not apply the addt'l 2% DPA as you must use your DPA for the coupon to apply. I attempted to have the install charge...

Is there any way possible to get the 7800 for $400 or less at this time? I see posts about Dell Canada offering it for far less but I assume they will not ship to the US. Thanks, John
Put a PDA (Write-rite) screen cover over it. You'll prevent wear of the textured surface and give you the smooth feel your looking for. Works for me. John
I've used removeable adhesive backed clear overlays for my Pocket PC and touch pad (WriteRIGHT). Does anyone make this plastic in larger pieces that could be cut to shape and stuck onto the palm rest area? John
