I picked up a startech tuner. picture looks like crap as it uses jpeg feed back. I hooked up a PS2 and couldn't make out the text on the games because it was so fuzzy. look for one that has mpeg rather than jpeg

UPS has been very good to me, not a single problem. and the driver always gives my dog a treat when he stops by.

mine kicks on quite a bit (4080) and is noticable when it does, but its quieter than my desktop machines at home and work.
