artic silver 5 can be put on a little thicker than artic silver 4, just go to their web site for the instructions and it takes 200 hours to cure.

dell sent me a new mother board for my dim 3000 and I put my service tag on it after installing it. I had on site sevice but I didn't want them messing with my system. I am very picky.
