v.b. cool but # 9 should be up around 3 if you on the net with no protection.
my screen was on the lowest setting and the wireless card on low.
the first post was talking about a I6000 which does not have that cpu.
when you send a laptop back they ask you to take the memory, hard drive and cd out. that what they told me to do when I sent mine back in 2001.
i hibernate all the time. the only time i reboot is when i update something and it wants me to reboot. never had any problem at all.
artic silver 5 after a 100 hours or so will give you even better temps when it cures.
well my view is. standby still uses the battery if not plugged in the wall and hibernate does not. what I like about hibernate is you can get up and running windows faster than if you start from a cold boot. hope this helps
