I have 2 60/7200 drives one in my I8200 and I6000 and they both are completely dead silent.

I put a 60/7200 in my I6000 and I get 5.5 hours on the bigger battery and 3.5 on the smaller battery. this is surfing the net wireless. and the hd temp is at 32c while I am typing this.

I have had mine for a week and with the bigger battery I got 5.5 hours just surfinng the net wireless. it runs cool and I just put a 60/7200 rpm drive in it and fangui tells me it is running at 34c. you got to love it, happy camper here
