I would strongly ask you to look at Fujitsu S2110 series. IS within your budget and extremely lightweight.

The best bet would be the ASuS A8JM with 512mb of Dedicated memory for nvidia 7600.
usually it is said on the forums that x1600 is faster than 7600 due to the difference of 8 pipelines to 12. But Asus is taking pains...
