Its not the refresh rate that is causing the eyestrain, its the display itself.
I found that some of the WUXGA displays cause eyestrain related headaches.
I switched to WXGA and the eyestrain was reduced dramatically.
If you returning because of light leakage or any other defect, they pay shipping.
If you are are returning because you don't like the machine because of any other issue that is a normal and declared detail such as weight or size then...

I agree. I like the polycarbonate ibooks, and the metal apple towers better. The metal PBs tends to bend and scratch if you are not careful.
Same goes for PDAs and cellphones, I don't buy the metallic finish ones.
