I had this problem on my 9400. I never figured it out but maybe try reformatting the OS? Well, if thats a option. I think it has something to do with that.

You can cancel at anytime. Just make sure you have a copy of the cancel email or a record of the phone call. Then sumbit that to the credit card compnay and if they ship refuse the package or accept it and return it within the 21 day...

Yea I never use the fingerprint reader on mine. But it is a slick machine..very slim. With the UXGA I have its a definite travel upgrade to the clunky 9400 I used to have. You just have to get used to the screen which takes a week or so.

Which card do you have? The really small one that slides in and its orange? I have had some driver issues with that and XP.

I am talking about m1530. That like is for the Inspiron model.

Can this be done? Id like to swap the DVD drive for a Blu-Ray drive from another XPS M1530. I can not find any documentation on the drive swap. Thanks!
