i don't know about your vista, but my vista comes with partitioning tool built in, it's in all programs, administrative tools, computer management, disk management. i have vista ultimate so i dunno if vista basic has this same feature...

even if you overclock your system you wont need anything more powerful than a PA-13, just get a PA13 and you'lll be fine.

i remember reading somewhere that there is a major bottleneck for this setup because of bandwidth limitation of the expresscard slot which is no where near as fast as the pci express slot on the mobo...
