it doesnt void your warranty to add/change ram and/or hard drives. that's a fact. anyways you are way over paying for this laptop at $2400 i would get the XPS which is a heck of alot faster. I only paid $1214 for my e1705: 2.0ghz...

lol, jus tel them there is a problem with the machine, make up a hardware related issue, they are not gonna charge u wen they dun find a problem with it, its ur word against theirs. I think that's the best way
