the quadro card may be able to be flashed or soft modded to the 7900gtx since they utilize the same g71 core

I believe it is the sound blaster audio that the xps m1710 comes with

the problem is...the 7900 go gtx's aren't in stock...that is the reasoning behind the 1000 dollar price tag. Once they are in stock the prices will most likely go back down

well i received a written quote from spare parts today for YF227 and it is 1000 dollars

we won't know until the m1710s ship I hope it is a better LCD with less light leakage!

i have a dell quote for 1000.00 plus 8 shipping but that is mainly because they are out of stock I will be able to get them soon!
