I'm running a Gigabyte a/b/g/n card with a D-Link DIR-655 router (firmware 1.11) with great success. Normally 270 MB/s throughput and no BSOD that others have experienced. Vista Ultimate.

I ordered a few of the 360 cards as well, one for each lappy. Just because I like "latest and greatest".

Have you selected "save as power on default" in your settings (bottom left check box). Do that after you set it up the way you want it then hit "apply". It saves your settings accordingly or at least it does on my 1710.

I seem to recall that the 360 is a different form factor than the 355 and the two are not interchangeable.
