Of course call them, but don't be so hard on Dell unless they are rude on the phone. It could easily be a freak thing, or mishandled and kicked around during shipping.
It's not simply about unlocking extra pipes and pixel shaders. It's about crossing your fingers that it will be stable and not produce artifacts in tests/games.

Lol you know you are getting too big when you have to remind yourself that "hey, it's still more portable than a desktop isn't it?". But in all honestly, I think it's cool. Options are always good.
Does bluetooth if you aren't using it slow things down or something? I'm curious too.

It really is amazing the top of the line video card you can get on a portable laptop. I mean this thing is basically a top of the line desktop. If you think about it, most people out there don't have GeForce 6800s on their dektops even!
How did you do this procedure some of us are curious.
So is this nvidia player free, if not, what is a good free one?
