What do you mean by "dongle" ? I guess a usb bluetooth device ? In that case it depends on how many PC Card slots you are going to have available, and wheather you are planning to use them for something else then bluetooth PC...

It's a bootable XP SP2 cd, that installs without asking for serial, and, indeed, has none of the Dell crap on it. I just reformated and repartitioned HD on my I9300 with it.
