Yeah, upgrading 6800 go to 6800 Ultra is a bit of work... and I believe the 9300's power isn't suited to it, so you don't get the full benefits.
If it worked, I definitely would do it. On the other hand, I'd probably prefer to install XP on a Powerbook.
I went through this problem as well. I spoke with Logitech support at length about it. In short, Setpoint will NEVER, EVER work with the Dell Internal Bluetooth, which sucks. Most of the custom buttons work with the generic Toshiba...

FYI, as a web developer who's built many ecommerce sites, it's normal to charge the credit card (or at least "authorize" it, which verifies that the amount spent is available and "reserves" it) when the order is placed.
