hmm it is actually in its original state. there was nothing changed in the software

installed all 3 utilities still nothing :(

he just replaced the hardware screen.already tried hp support. they dont have monitor drivers. i reinstalled the graphic drivers still same problem

i got it changed from a local repair shop and hes saying he wont take it back nor will he change the software. can u please tell me how i can fix this at home without needing the guy who changed it?

hi im having a problem with my laptop. i just got my screen led replaced and when i got back, i couldnt find the brightness option in power settings. i also have the brightness up and down buttons on the keyboard and theyr not working...
