I tried to replace my 9300's hitachi 80GB with a Seagate 5400.3 160GB HDD but it cannot detect it . Anyone have any ideas on what to do? Thanks.

During the installation on my pc all the files were decrypted. It gets a bit annoying though when it always downloads the latest patches whenever you connect to steam which sometimes can take a while. I seem to find HL2 a but boring...

I find it easier playing it at 1440 x 900 on my WUXGA. Makes the picture kind of softer. 1920 x 1200 is too sharp and eye straining.

The tech guy was struggling to get off the plastic cover above the kb on my notebook, let alone the bezel. I can imagine an impatient tech guy could do some real damage if he was in a hurry to do the job.

Can you tell the batch date of the new LG screen from powerstrip?. All the ones so far seem to be from 2004.

I have the LG and it's nice except for the grainy/dirty whites but I'm sort of used to it already. I have one dead pixel right in the middle of the screen, and they said they will replace it, but with another LG which is fine with me.
