Well, I mean I took the whole display assembly, inverter and all, from the Latitude and tried it on the Precision, but the result was the same. I'll order an inverter anyways though since they're so cheap for this model.

Hmm, it isn't a problem with the display. I just hooked up the working display from the Latitude D820 to the Precision and it had the exact same problem... what else could it be?
