I don't believe that it is. What are you thinking could be the problem with the mainboard? I can send it back to toshiba and they could replace the mainboard again. It really isnt too costly less than $400 and the laptop is good enough...

took it apart and everything looks . Ran memory tests on the ram and it checked out. Replaced hard drive and still having problem.
