I think the 7400. it gets about 2k in 3dmark05 whereas the x600 get about 1200. Im also looking at the m1210 but also the asus w7j

But its the same size as the asus w7j. it has a 7400 as well, however, the bezel is a lot smaller due to its 13.3" screen. I think i might go for this...

Well my gma900 feels better than the Ati 9200 32mb in my old notebook. im guessing the gma950 would be significantly better than the 2mx.

Yeah, get the latest cats 6.5 from omega: http://www.omegadrivers.net/ I can play UT2K4 fine at native resolution with the gma900 on my dell!
