As always it would be intel. since i live in sri lanka we don't have access to AMD products whatsoever. so gaming or no gaming. i'd still go for Intel

its probably your os, it should be corrupted. you better put a windows disk and boot from it. there you can see you hard drive again

i do not think going for AMD is a better idea. go for an Intel processor with intel motherboard. preferably i3 or i5
