Keyboard should be easy to replace since it has been made removable. If you change RAM you have to take the keyboard off. I think there's only this one screw on the bottom.

My nc8000 (PM 1.6, MR10 64Mb) runs Call Of Duty with 1280x1024x32 70-90 fps in single player mode and in multiplayer mode around 80-100 fps so I think this is quite enough for this tiny PM...

Uhh, yes, true. Dothan should be 2Mb. But it is launched with 1,8GHz and there shouldn't be Banias with 1,8.
