The only sites I can find a sata harddrive option is geared2play and rjtech. I know proportable is waiting for hitachi's sata, which is comming out later, but I'd like to keep my options open. Will istnc offer a sata drive in the future?
I'm going into engineering next year too, but I'm not sure if I'll need a good laptop or not. I've heard stories that some engineering fields require a decent laptop, but I'm not sure if they need heavy graphics rendering.
