The chipset limits RAM bandwidth to 667MHz so 800Mhz RAM will make no difference.
Any CPU tests like prime95 to check cpu stability?

That laptop uses the same keyboard as the 8510GZ, M680, MX8711.. so you can widen your search if you want to buy a keyboard yourself.
