Fiddling around with the VGA TV Box I got. TV image quality is quite good and channels switch fast. DVD upscales very good and smooths out the image, need to fiddle around with the colors to look good, still prefer to watch videos...

Hiren's is the godsend of utility discs. If you haven't tried it, do so. NOW!!! Unfortunately, I haven't fiddled enough with it to help the OP, I usually dig right in and run the utilities.
