You might want to look at the service manuals for the e1505 and the latitude D820, since the D820 has a wuxga screen, the connectors could be the same

get a program called ultramon. It's free to try, put yopu have to pay after 30 days or go illegal and find a serial(I do not endorse this, just showing the option) The program works wonderfully for me on my desktop, I love it.

I did make the letters by hand, I too am not aware of an XPS sytle font. It could use some shadows like how the XPS logo has. I'm willing to send the PSD to anyone who wants to try their hand at it.
