Make sure the Dell motherboard chipset drivers are installed. I had the same problem (score) and then installed the chipset drivers and the score jumped back to 6600 or so. I am using the standard Dell drivers.

HunttheWumpass: I had the same problem. I found I had forgotten to load the dell's chipset drivers. Once I did that, the performance jumped back the 6500-6600 range.
I'm beginning to think I have faulty slots on my motherboard. Although, 3 of the 4 times it died, it through out a ati****.sys file, so i'm wondering if using the non-Dell drivers is the problem. I might go through a reinstall today...
