I prefer to reinstall since most programs tend to leave traces. Maybe a file here or there, but I value every byte on my HD . I've also found (through many experiences) that reinstalling provides better results than just removing...

If you ordered the XP reinstall disc, it is just XP. You'll be responsible for all the drivers (on the recource cd if you got that as well), and any applications you want such as the Roxio software that comes with it.
It's fine if it wasn't for that huge d/dock hanging on the back all the time . Just kidding. I find my m90 very portable for what I use it for. Granted, I usually only transport it with me on the weekends to friends houses and such.
