I would recommend the Sager NP9262. It has a desktop class processor so you'll get way better performance in CPU-intensive applications than any mobile processor and SLI'd 8800s.

Hybrid SLI on Laptops means that nvidia is going to offer a laptop chipset, but all indications are that nvidia has a lot of work to do to get the power consumption and heat down, so I don't think we'll see Hybrid SLI on laptops anytime...
