The ExpressCard slot always supports both PCI-e and USB 2.0. Mini PCI-e card slots also always support PCI-e and USB 2.0. The card may use either bus. The EVDO card for D series is an example of a Mini PCI-e card that uses USB.

Make sure the color quality (8/16/32 bit) is the same for both monitors. There should not be a noticable performance decrease.

New or used in working condition. If anyone knows the Dell part # for this, please let me know.
