Seen this same problem on several systems, at least 3 I9300s, one of which had a warped bottom. The problem maybe that the battery includes one of the feet and does have some wiggle room.

The best to date has been SHAREAZA (featured on G4-Tech TV) it takes from multiple networks so you have an almost limitless supply of sources, it has a very slick sinkable interface, not to mention there is absolutely nothing being sold...
