I hear what your saying .. but your quite wrong Dell holds shares mostly out of the usa for its company so you could say its world owned.. large companys like dell run there other branches in other countries much like the internet...

All this talk of DELL support being crap? well this may be true in USA but from my experience in singapore its be outstanding I recently got a DELL 8600 delivered ( after i told them i had to leave a week later) in 4 days! ......
