Probably part of Quickset. You should be able to disable those pop-ups in Quickset.

The shipping issue isn't Dell's fault. You should have had it shipped to your work in the first place. So don't blame them for your mistake.

You can alway scall Dell and ask and you can have your ship to address changed to where you'll be at school I believe. Not a really big deal. I think you're way overreacting. The C2Ds haven't been out that long I'd expect delays.
