You can remove it in Add/Remove Programs. Not sure how to get it back. I uninstalled mine knowing I wouldn't want to reinstall it.

IMO use the latest Dell driver as I haven't gotten catalyst drivers to work. I've used ATI Tool to overclock my M9000. Works great but I've gone back to stock speeds. Not a big performance increase.
