Can you give us some more details such as laptop spec, age, software installed, wifi card type, router model. I have a Inspiron 6400 connecting to a linksys router without any issues so I want to find out how similar your setup is to mine.

Did you have any graphical issues with the Omega drivers? You can also try installing the latest Mobility Catalyst drivers direct from ATI.
