Whenever I put in a blank DVD or a burned DVD, my system stops responding. I'm pretty sure it's a hardware issue, but does anyone have any tips for me?

Thank you for this review. My XPS is sitting in a warehouse, waiting to be delivered on Monday. I'm glad that people still post reviews, becuase it's always nice to know we chose a superior product!
