I agree, Sony Vegas is a sweeeeet program...it honestly blows Adobe out of the water. Personally, I don't have any experience with FCP, but I guess that's the best that Mac users have. Brett

Dear All, I seem to have screwed up my ability to run DVDs after installing one of those massive codec packs. Even after I uninstalled the codec pack, the DVD playback is choppy as heck. Any suggestions on what I should do...

it sure is. Can't run any games at all. The only way I was able to fix it was to underclock the processors. It's really mendokusai trying to fix it here.... dou suru? aifuru~

I just underclocked my GPU to 370Mhz using ATITool and it's running fine. I really need my lappy for school and I can't afford to send it out of Japan.

FT, I used ATITool and turned the clock speed down to 390/270 and things seem more stable. See if that works out for you. Ganbatte Brett

argh, same problem. I'm in Japan too and I don't know what to do about it. I got into the WoW Stress test and now I can't play. Noooooo Brett

Axiom, Consider the fact that we don't even have a "ground" plug, so cutting it off wouldn't matter either way You can even just cut off your ground prong and jam it into the wall...but FriedToast's method is probably...
