apple forum, there is a thread like this one, 200 people so far all say the same thing, IT WORKS. there are a select few who are saying, "im scared, and i dont wanna mess with it" rubbish. apple knows whats best, just do it

macbook is the way to go for ya. onyl thing is your really rough on laptops, so the Txx sounds like an excellent idea. also, macbook with a dvdrw drive is a bit pricey. you can always build an external yourself.

yea i think ill just get a 120-160gb 5400. not worth the price to me really. and it if runs just as fast as my 60gb 5400, which it will be faster, ill be happy.

i would i no way say they run " A LOT COOLER" maybe 3-5 degrees. and as for them going in the MB, its a crapshoot

i also need windows for .net stuff. im so glad bootcamp 1.1 just came out with the screensaver stuff fixed! i wouldnt use it without it. ill have to llook for a new hd probably too, 60 is just too small for 2 os's

yes, it is that mnuch better. its not as warm on my lap, and for that i happy.
