I used the 76.50 driver to overclock my 6800 using detect optimal frequencies...and it shows 590/1090....isn't this too high?i didn't apply the settting because i don't want to fry the card..anyone tried it before and whats the temperature?

My Nec6500a DVD burner make noise when i put DVD with data files into it and it's not reading the disc.The disc work properly in my desktop.The Nec drive can play movies well.I had the latest firmware from Dell.Any ideas?
