Dell has locked the BOIS of our cards, the only way they can be OCed is to do it through flashing the BIOS.
The beta version of i8kfangui now supports Core Duo as well.
He's saying that it's great marketing for Dell to offer these big discounts at the same time as they up the prives on some of the upgrades, so they don't really lose any money.
I doubt it. I'm fairly confident that the XPS BIOS calls for a 130w PSU, regardless of the GPU. You could probably boot from the battery and then plug in the adapter however.
