qwert3k, I have been installing the mobility catalyst from ATI since I bought my Ferrari. The drivers work. You just need to download the drivers and not that checkup file.

Well I'm downloading Catalyst 6.4 and I'll let you know if the error still exists with that version.

you must have 3A23 bios. Those undercloced the CPU by 0.01GHz so instead of 2.00GHz at full throttle you get 1.99 and instead of 1.60 at halfway you get 1.59. But yes this change in seed has to do with AMD PowerNOW

I downloaded the file above and can say that it contains years 2005,2006 and 2007 completely.

have you disabled the ATI Hotkey Poller service? if you did then powerplay will not operate.
