Sounds like my support experience with HP. My zd7k died and they kept screwing it up every time it went for service (2 times). Call the Palo Alto office and yell. After 2 attempts to fix it, ask for a new refurbished zd8k. That's what I did and when I got my new 8k, I sold it on ebay and got a Sony.
