I just received my cooler and the fans run the correct way, they feed air and I notice a big difference on the left side where the most heat is generated. So my answer is it won’t hurt. As long as the fans feed air to the intakes.

I to am waiting on my rebates, I figure the reason it takes 6+ months to receive them is that AW is hoping you will forget about it and not have to pay out. Or it takes them that long to recoup from profits to pay it out.
