I don't know about your particular model, but if it has cooling fan intakes on the bottom of the case I would avoid putting it on anything that restricts the airflow.

The Antec PSU is fine. Wattage does not mean a thing when you are looking at a PSU. Look at the Amps that the PSU can put out on the 12V rails. You want more than 26 A for a single card and 34 A for SLI. There is only a 1A difference...
