You need to call tech support. Sounds like they screwed up your order. The second hard drive my not be connected properly or it has been set up incorrectly.

I searched the net for several hours last night and couldn't find it. Well acutually I think I may have found it, but I can't read Chinese and don't know if it was what you were looking for.

What model of computer do you have? Should have read further now I see it's a m5620.

Funny installed this on my 7700 and alls well. I did disable the Nvidia thingy that was at top of this thread, and it seems to work fine.

It could be the power supply not working and the laptop worked off battery power until battery died and now it won't started. I'd check the psu before i'd order a new mobo.

I've had mine for 2 years now and it still runs without a flaw. Just make sure and keep the vents clean of dust.

Install...Right click on program icon...Go to properties....Compatiblity and check for Windows 95 or whatever. See if that works.
